Most of the homes we work with are not primary residences. They are second homes — kept for family weeks, longer stays, or as carefully managed investments. That changes what ownership requires.
Someone has to be here: inspecting, preparing, coordinating vendors, answering guests, and reporting clearly to owners who may be thousands of miles away. Vivento exists to be that someone — and to help people enter ownership thoughtfully when they are ready to buy.

Vivento did not start as a listing site with management bolted on. It grew from the practical work of caring for homes on the ground.

The work started with a simple problem: second-home owners needed a reliable local team. Maintenance, readiness, guest stays, and day-to-day decisions do not wait for the next visit. That operational reality still sits at the center of Vivento.

As owners asked for help before purchase, real estate became a natural extension. We focus on residential second homes in the Caribbean: full ownership, long-term lease, and Signature Share opportunities where they make sense. The same standard applies whether someone is buying or already under our care.

Off-the-shelf software rarely fits bilingual, on-island second-home management. So we built Portfolia — the system our Punta Cana team uses every day, and the window owners use to see occupancy, statements, and updates without chasing email threads.

Owners should not have to manage vendors from another country. Our team is here, on the island, accountable for what happens between visits.
