Sean Dalmasy has spent years operating inside the Punta Cana luxury real-estate market, building a reputation for hands-on execution, operational oversight, and trusted local guidance for international buyers.

His background combines luxury client relations, residential project delivery, and on-the-ground operational management — giving him a practical understanding of how foreign buyers evaluate risk, trust, and long-term ownership in the Dominican Republic. Over the course of his career, Sean has amassed millions in sales volume and contributed to the delivery of countless residential developments across Punta Cana’s growing luxury market.

Before transitioning fully into real estate operations, Sean held leadership roles within the international hospitality industry, overseeing high-performing client acquisition teams in both Cancun and Punta Cana. That experience shaped one of the core philosophies behind Vivento Partners: ownership abroad should feel structured, transparent, and professionally supported long after the transaction closes.

Today, Sean’s focus is centered on helping clients navigate Caribbean real estate with greater confidence through local execution, structured ownership solutions, and long-term operational stewardship.

We look closely at construction quality, developer reputation, legal structure, operational practicality, location fundamentals, and long-term resale liquidity before an asset is ever introduced to a client.

For international buyers especially, the greatest risk is often not what is visible — it is what is overlooked. A beautiful rendering means very little without confidence in execution, legal clarity, and long-term viability. Our role is to reduce that uncertainty by filtering opportunities through real local knowledge and operational experience on the ground in Punta Cana.
